I’m SAM (capitalized because it’s my initials)—leadership coach, former elementary school principal, and mother of three.
This newsletter is for mothers who lead—or who are ready to. My goal is to help you lead, parent, and flourish.
Everything I write circles around three ideas:
You can’t do this alone, and you’re not supposed to. Care teams are not optional. Help is available. Asking for it is strength, not failure.
Your capacity is finite. Protect it fiercely. Boundaries aren’t selfish. Saying no is a leadership skill. Your energy is a resource, and you get to decide how to spend it.
Sometimes, things have to break open before you can fly. Transformation is uncomfortable. The mush before the butterfly is part of the process.
