Over the past year, I’ve been facilitating small coaching groups for mothers in leadership roles. They’ve been so impactful that I’ve been looking for a way to spread the collective wisdom more widely, and to gather even more voices in the conversation.

Whether you’re a CEO, school principal, department head, entrepreneur, board member, or leading in any capacity while raising children, I have designed this space for you.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I’ll share stories, reflections, and curated resources to help you lead, parent, and flourish, free for anyone who subscribes. I have a year’s worth of ideas mapped out on sticky notes, and I can’t wait to share them with you.

As excited as I am about the writing I’ll be doing, I believe that the real power of this project will come from the community we build together. My hope is to create a space that feels trusting and intimate, where we can bring what is truly on our minds as both parents and leaders.

Mothers in Leadership operates on a “free for all, supported by some” model. New posts arrive in your inbox twice a week at no cost, and remain free for 30 days. After that, they move behind a paywall. So if you subscribe (it’s free!), you’ll build your own searchable archive with permanent access to everything in your inbox.

Want to contribute?

For those who would like to contribute, there is a paid membership option available. Paid members get access to the full archives on the website. You can subscribe for yourself or give it as a gift.

Your engagement is what gives this work meaning for me. And what helps it grow. Please comment, share what’s working for you, and welcome others warmly when they join the conversation. When you share what resonates or offer an idea for a future post, you’re helping me understand what this community needs and how I can better serve you.

I’m so glad you’re here!
